If you're here, you probably love golf and hate your bad back. You're looking for pain relief. I'm with you. For more than 25 years I've been battling chronic low back pain. One surgery later and too many "cures" to count, I'm here to share what I've learned and to create a place where average dudes who just want to play golf without pain can commiserate our bad backs together.
We all have a story, so here's mine. I've had low back pain since college. It came out of nowhere and never left. Now, in my mid-40's I'm trying to find some pain relief so I can hold on to the game I love - golf. From PT, sports medicine experts, surgery, alcohol, opioids, and now exercise to mind/body, this is my story in all the gory details.
Man, I've tried it all. Stretching programs. Cremes. CBD. Massage guns. Meditation apps. Some of it works really well. Some of it is a total sham. I'm no doctor, so no medical advice here. But, I'll share what has worked for me in hopes you might have the same results.
